Melting and casting department is containing of melting furnaces for 25 and 50 tons with melting power of 4ton/hour and also is consist of connected casting line by kind of speed-caster with the SNIF system for improving and increasing of productions quality. By use of the alloys group of 1000,3000,5000,8000 and with thickness of 2.5 to 5 mm and width of 200 to 1700 mm ; the yearly capacity of this department is 20000 tons aluminum coil. The rolling mill capacity is more than 50000 tons/year that it`s able to diminish the thickness to 50 Mic. and also the foil mill is capable to diminish the thickness to 7 Mic. on output product from the rolling mill.

Converting department is consist of some kinds of advanced and modern machineries such as printing press, extruder, lamination and so on. The capacity of converting department is 12000 tons/year that it's containing of monolayer to triplex of foil, paper and many types of film and polymer. The printing machineries are capable to print up to 8 colors on many types of papers, cardboard, foil and film in 1200 mm width.
